About

I’m Veronika Kurucz, founder of Vero Leadership.

Originally from Hungary and based in Switzerland for over twenty years, I bring more than 15 years of international HR experience into my work as a coach and facilitator.

I combine systemic coaching, family constellations, and assessment tools such as Points of You®, and 16Personalities to help leaders and professionals reconnect with their inner map and lead with clarity and dignity.

My work is not about adding more or tell you what you should do - whether in an individual session or in a company facilitation.

It’s about recognising and revealing what’s already within you.
